The Finance Family Academy
The Finance Family Academy is based in Kidderminster and specialises in delivering professional training courses for accredited mortgage brokers looking to deepen their knowledge and gain practical experience before progressing in their careers. We were initially approached by their parent company, The Finance Family, a mortgage advisory firm, to create a dedicated website for the Academy’s upcoming courses.
The brief called for a fun and modern digital presence with a clear and straightforward user journey that builds trust and encourages course bookings. The primary goal of the website was to clearly showcase course details while providing an effective way to capture enquiries and interest from potential students.

Pain Points:
The client noticed challenges around presenting the detailed course information in a way that remained clear, engaging and easy to digest for potential attendants. They also wanted the design to integrate their existing brand in a fun, modern and credible way but without compromising clarity or trust.

They also wanted the design to integrate their existing brand in a fun, modern and credible way but without compromising clarity or trust.
Additionally, the client requested that the website be easily editable, allowing them to manage and update content independently as new courses and information become available.
Solutions:
The website was designed to be fully responsive, ensuring a smooth experience across all devices. We incorporated the logo’s loop element as a confetti texture and accent throughout the site, paired with the brand colours to create a playful but professional feel. To build trust, we highlighted the main Finance Family website and emphasised the 40 years+ of experience held by their parent company’s staff.
To capture leads, a newsletter signup form was placed under the course schedule, allowing visitors to stay informed about upcoming courses while supporting engagement and conversions.
